JOB TITLE:  Fulfillment Level III (Specialist) - Wholesale
REPORTS TO:  Fulfillment Supervisor
 
FLSA:   Non-Exempt 
 
The Fulfillment Level III (Specialist) plays a key role in supporting daily wholesale fulfillment operations and ensuring timely, accurate order processing in compliance with customer and vendor standards. This position assists the Team Lead and Supervisor by organizing workflow, preparing materials, and ensuring productivity targets are met. The specialist must be proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV) to manage inventory, track orders, and post fulfillment transactions. While primarily focused on wholesale fulfillment, this role may also support eCommerce (eCom) operations as assigned.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Support daily fulfillment operations by preparing the work area, organizing materials, and monitoring workflow to achieve department goals.
  • Perform fulfillment activities within NAV (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), including order picking, packing, receiving, posting shipments, and managing system transactions.
  • Lead assigned work by organizing tasks, providing peer support, and ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Assist with training and retraining of team members; provide constructive feedback to help maintain efficiency and compliance with standard work procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to vendor and internal fulfillment requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify process issues or opportunities for improvement and communicate them to leadership.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with Funko’s Warehouse 5S standards.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks and assist with unloading containers, pallet building, and inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work any shift or area, including eCom or other departments, as needed to meet business demands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:    
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV) and general computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic understanding of warehouse, production, and distribution operations.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead work and support peers without direct supervision authority.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout an 10–12 hour shift.
  • Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to workplace safety and quality. 
Experience/Training/Education/Certification: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1+ year(s) of related experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution.
  • Experience with ERP or WMS systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
  • Previous experience in a multi-shift or large-scale warehouse environment preferred.
 
Work Environment 
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, bend up/down and twist their upper body, and squat/stoop, step or kneel. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. 
  • The employee must frequently lift and place product onto automated conveyor systems as part of the order fulfillment process. Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment that may include both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas with varying temperatures.  
  • The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift, often handling products weighing up to 50 pounds. The employee must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally pull large pallets of product with a hand lift truck weighing up to 525 pounds. 
  • Employees may work around powered industrial equipment, moving conveyors, and other automated systems and are required to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, and vests.  
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, extended hours, weekends, or holidays may be required to meet business demands.  
  • The position operates within a team-oriented, fast-paced environment that emphasizes accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.
